BravoHomesUK does not act as stakeholder, escrow provider, estate agent, lettings agent, or regulated property manager. Payment processing services are provided by regulated third-party financial institutions integrated into the platform. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Rent collection, connected payouts, or Direct Debit services, where enabled, are processed by regulated third-party payment providers such as Stripe Connect or GoCardless. Funds flow directly between users through regulated payment rails and never through BravoHomesUK. BravoHomesUK is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not provide legal, financial, tax, lending, insurance, tenancy, or regulated payment services. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Housing Act 1988, Housing Act 2004, Deregulation Act 2015, Tenant Fees Act 2019, Immigration Act 2014, HMRC obligations, local authority licensing requirements, and the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 (c.26), which received Royal Assent on 27 October 2025, with private rented sector tenancy reforms applying in England from 1 May 2026.
