How Bravo Smart Valuation™ Works
Our Automated Valuation Model (AVM) follows the same comparables-based approach used by leading UK property platforms — then adds compliance, condition and demand intelligence.
Find Comparables
We identify similar sold properties within 0.5 miles — same type, ±1 bedroom, sold within 24 months.
Price Per Sq Ft
We calculate the average £ per sq ft across comparables, then multiply by your property's floor area.
Apply Adjustments
Bedroom count, property type, EPC rating, condition, compliance status and local demand signals are factored in.
Valuation Range
We never show a single number. A ±4% realistic range gives you upper and lower bounds for negotiation.
